- Design: Compared to the OnePlus 12R’s glass (Corning Gorilla Glass 5 back) and metal design, the structure and design of the OnePlus 11R is a lot more refined. The 12R is slightly thicker (8.8mm versus 8.7mm) and heavier (207g versus 204g) when compared with the 11R.
- Display: OnePlus 12R features a 6.78-inch “LTPO” AMOLED display, has a 1.5K resolution and can top 4,500 nits, while the OnePlus 11R’s display was 6.74 inches of non-LTPO display and could top only 1,450nits.
- Processor: The OnePlus 12R is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and the 11R has the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1.
- Software and Update Support: The latest 12R runs the newest OxygenOS 14 based on Android 14 with assured 3 OS upgrades and 4 years of security patches. The OnePlus 11R has OxygenOS based on Android 13.
- Rear Camera: The OnePlus 12R and the OnePlus 11R have a 50 MP Sony IMX890 main sensor, paired with an 8MP ultrawide and another 2MP macro. The only difference is that the 12R’s setup’s ultrawide uses a less wide 112-degree field-of-view lens compared to 120-degree in the 11R.
- Front Camera: The OnePlus 12R has a 16MP camera for selfies and the same is present in the OnePlus 11R.
- Battery And Charging: The OnePlus 12R is powered by a 5,500mAh battery and supports 100W fast wired charging but the 11R model comes with 5,000mAh and the same 100W fast charging support.
